Experience Fine Dining In Four Seasons Paris Michelin-Starred Restaurants
The Four Seasons George V located in Paris is considered to be one of the top hotels in Europe. This is the kind of hotel when the guests who come back have a better experience than before and it just keeps getting better. This year, the hotel has an even better offering to their guests in terms of culinary history.
The hotel welcomed two new restaurants within its premise – L’Orangerie and Le George. According to the 2017 Michelin guide, each of these two restaurants was given a Michelin Star. They are now in league with the flagship fine dining restaurant Le Cinq which received another level up, the highest possible, last year after it has been announced to have three Michelin stars. This is where Four Seasons in Paris makes history for being the first and the only hotel in all of Europe to have three different restaurants with Michelin stars and one of them is 3-star.
Since the expansion of the Michelin Guide to an international level, many have commented that it is not as reliable and consistent as before but it is still undeniably the fine dining bible when it comes to the culinary industry of France. It has always been evident that fine dining is the area of expertise of the nation.
Le Cinq was also awarded with 5 Towues while 2016 Gault & Millau Guide awarded the restaurant a 19 out of 20 rating. This rating makes Le Cinq the best among other eateries located in Paris. An award was also won by Staff for being the Best Sommelier in France as well as the Best Sommelier in Europe Award – after the fact that its collection has more than 50,000 bottles. The hotel also received the highest rating given by the Forbes Travel Guide which is 5-stars. The guide only rates the hotel excluding the restaurants.
According to the general manager of the hotel, Jose Silva, a hotel stay will not be as memorable if the guests do not get to experience fine dining. The same fine dining in Luang Prabang can be expected from the 5-star hotels.
