Neighbourhood Of Logan Square Welcomes Mode Apartments

The settlement in Logan Square started during the 1800s and during that time, majority of the people living there are Scandinavians and English people belonging in the working class. As the decades rolled by, the number of residents ballooned bringing in diverse people but the roots of the neighbourhood remained. It was a few years ago.

These days, development boom has captured the Northwest Side of the neighbourhood. Newcomers are rolling in because of The 606, luxury apartment buildings, trendy boutique, bars, restaurants and breweries.

According to Luxury Living Chicago Realty’s owner and managing broker, Aaron Galvin, in the last several years, Logan Square has transformed into one of the most popular neighbourhood located in Chicago city because of attractions it offer both in entertainment and cultural aspect. Galvin’s company was busy canvassing roller blinds prices because they are the leasing brokerage in one of the latest rental located within the community.

This newest renal is called the Mode Logan Square Apartments which has 78 units. The developer was none other than Tandem and it is located in the intersection of two avenues – Armitage and Campbell. The first tenants moved in January of this year.

Galvin said that basing on their renters, they have noticed that many are hoping to live near the downtown area but they are only willing to do if there is an authentic environment that offers upgraded living environment and lifestyle.

The Mode has only four stories, which do not affect the streetscape along Armitage. It has a rectangular footprint and the apartments are located between the second and fourth floors of the building. The centre of the property boasts a courtyard. The firm is hoping that they will be able to finish other facilities before the Memorial Day weekend. When this happens, Mode will have additions of lounged seating located in the middle of posh landscaping, fire pits as well as grilling stations.

Each of the apartments has a 10 foot height ceiling, clothes washers and dryers that are full size, closet organizers and vinyl plank flooring. Canvassing of the roller blinds prices resulted to posh and functional roller blinds in every apartment. The bathrooms, on the other hand, have contemporary lighting, floating vanities and floors are made of porcelain.
